It is that time again for the prestigious, annual Young Chefs Olympiad held in India. This year is the Olympiad’s 4th year running and S.A.H.T.C.-The Hospitality School is proud to have sent representatives to all the editions as well as to have sent the first African representative to this competition.

We recruit the "stars" of tomorrow who manage at the highest level in the hospitality industry locally or worldwide. All candidates are interviewed irrespective of pre-requisites to date.
This is for candidates who want to begin a career within the hospitality industry, specializing in accommodation services. They will wish to progress as a qualified receptionist.
Our graduation ceremony at S.A.H.T.C.-The Hospitality School was an evening devoted to celebrating an important point in our trainees' lives. Examinations finally over and parents admiring their children for reaching the finishing line of a long marathon. Indeed it was a time of unrestrained optimism.
