The Chefs on Stage Culinary Arts Management International Qualifications in association with City & Guilds and HEXCO is one of the most fascinating, lucrative, innovative and talked about careers in the world of a Chef.
This is a 2 year course with over 450 hours of tuition. On completion trainees would have gained over 1500 hours practical attachment. The tuition and practical attachment guarantee an all rounded graduate, competent in running large scale hospitality operations from day 1.
