This 12 module diploma prepares students for a supervisory or management trainee position at a hospitality/lodging property by teaching them the various operational areas of a full-service hotel.

This is a 2 year course with over 450 hours of tuition. On completion trainees would have gained over 1500 hours practical attachment. The tuition and practical attachment guarantee an all rounded graduate, competent in running large scale hospitality operations from day 1.
