Chefs on Stage October 2016
The "Chefs on Stage" concept has always been part of our Culinary Arts ongoing assessment . The Trainee Chefs are assessed using a live audience where guests are invited to grace the event and sample the meals. Trainees are tested on several elements such as time management, costing, menu planning, ingredient selection amongst other things. The assessors and the Internal Verifier then give an overall mark.
